Network reality documentary show “Secret Lives of Women” will feature four adult performers in an episode profiling inspirational and influential women in the business. Tera Patrick, Nicki Hunter and Gina Lynn were chosen for the segment, as well as TS performer Buck Angel.

BUCKING UP

Sorry for the long delay between posts but I just returned from my trip to Toronto. WOW what a great trip that was. I am pretty wiped out from that short fast trip but it was super productive. Let me break it down for you..

First off every day I was there I had like 2 to 3 interviews lined up. Come As You Are the sex shop that brought me there and is also my exclusive Canadian distributor had hired a PR company to work it for me and boy did they! They were awesome. I am just going to put a link to all the interviews here so you can check them out.

The rest of the interviews were for papers and radio. I did a radio interview at the University of Toronto and have a copy I will post soon and PROUD FM. CBC came to interview me before my workshop and that should be up in the summer. I will also be in the next issue of FAB magazine.

So I got in thursday and right from that moment started interviews. Then Friday night I had my show at GOODHANDY’S which was so great. The place was packed and I also sold a ton of my DVDs. I video taped the show and will be putting that on my members site TRANSEXUAL-MAN.COM soon. Here is a great shot from the show and with Shaun Prolux of PROUD FM

So the workshops at Come As You Are went really well. I was so happy I had such a great turn out. I sold out each workshop!! People were really respectful and asked great questions. It felt really great to be able to show people how a positive attitude can change everything. I am sure many people walked away feeling great because I got some great emails telling me so. I also did a workshop Q&A at AIDS COMMITTEE TORONTO. I had a packed house there as well. It feels so good to be able to speak at places like that because as you know I am all about safe sex. Here is a a nice quote from the director of the committee:

We had a lot of people from the trans community who has asked really great questions, and we also had a lot of women and gay men too. While people were lining up to get autographs from you, women approached me about the female condom asking to look at it and talk about it to me. I was taken aside by gay men who thanked me for the event. I was approached by one man in a business suit who came very late and seemed very nervous, and was sad he missed your event, but cheered up when I told him about the audio pod cast. A lot of safer sex literature was taken and a lot of condoms and trans packs too. You made a lot of people happy at our event – thank you so much. And thanks for complimenting our oral sex campaign!
