It has been great to just rest and not travel. I have been working out pretty hard. Been doing 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning and then going to the gym at around 2pm. I started doing just one body part a session. I was doing two body parts before but felt like I needed a change and I have really seen some improvements with my body. I have been getting really nice feedback on FLIRT4FREE. The guys love my ass:) Funny because I never thought my ass was that great, But the squats have really helped out.
