Well I took about a month and a half off off from traveling to concentrate on my websites,blogs and Live Cam Shows. It has been great to just rest and not travel. I have been working out pretty hard. Been doing 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning and then going to the gym at around 2pm. I started doing just one body part a session. I was doing two body parts before but felt like I needed a change and I have really seen some improvements with my body. I have been getting really nice feedback on FLIRT4FREE. I am off to Alaska for a much needed mini vacation on a cruise for 7days. Then when I return I have 4 days at home and I leave for NYC July 23-27. I will be performing at the BOX.
