I took a bit of time of last week to enjoy the splendid Mexican coastline. I really thin k it is good for my brain to get out of my office since I live in paradise. Sometimes I do get a bit emotional talking about my past even though I do many interviews and talk about it alot it still is tough sometimes remembering my horrible past of drug abuse, suicide attempts and hating myself so much..
